How do I know my order was placed?
You'll receive an order confirmation email straight after checkout. If you can't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To correct your shipping address, email us within 12 hours of ordering with your order number.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses where carriers allow.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–15 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Standard tracked shipping is free on orders over $49 and $4.99 on smaller orders. The exact cost is always shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Enter it on our Track Your Order page to see live updates without leaving our site.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Some items ship from different warehouses. Each package has its own tracking number.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Read our full Returns & Refunds page.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes measurements. Measure your pet and compare before ordering — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Contact us and we'll help.
Are your products safe for my pet?
We choose products made for pets and list materials on each product page. Always supervise your pet with new toys and accessories, and remove any item that becomes damaged. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards plus the express payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely and encrypted — we never see or store your full card details.
